Description

• Working on VAT reporting and quarterly returns.
• Oversee and manage the organisation's financial planning and reporting processes.
• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to support business objectives.
• Assist in the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax filings and other statutory requirements.
• Support the Accounting & Finance department in process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A strong background in accounting and finance within the financial services industry.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with excellent analytical skills.
• Experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Knowledge of applicable financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
