Job Description
We are hiring a 4 month Finance Manager for an SME working remotley and occasional London days. This is a hands-on, operational finance role with junior business partnering responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
- Payment runs
- Cash allocation (including complex allocations from cheques/remittances)
- AP / AR management
- Process of elimination to match receipts
- Budget setup and support
- Excel-heavy analysis
- Finance process setup (building structure where none exists)
Candidate Profile
Must Have
- Strong AP/AR background
- Comfortable with messy allocations and incomplete remittance info
- Very strong Excel
- QuickBooks experience (or similar SME system)
- Problem-solving mindset
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable in growth/ambiguous environments
- Ideally qualified but will consider QBE
