Finance Manager

SF Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Finance Manager for a Coventry based Manufacturing business. This role will be supporting two manufacturing business units. The Finance Manager role is a highly operational, hands-on role with strong business partnering exposure. The role will be reporting to the Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational finance business partnering across manufacturing operations

• Manage working capital, supplier prioritisation, and cash flow oversight

• Support CAPEX, forecasting, and FP&A activities

• Analyse manufacturing variances, standard costing, and operational performance

• Maintain and review Bills of Materials (BOM) and goods movement cost analysis

• Deliver financial insight and challenge to operational stakeholders

• Support reporting development, including Power BI (desirable)

Candidate Requirements

• Proven manufacturing finance experience

• Qualified or QBE candidates considered

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, costing, and operational finance

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Confident communicator able to influence operational teams

• Power BI experience advantageous
