Finance Manager, £50,000 - £55,000, Peterborough, Permanent, Full-Time and Office-Based

We're working with a well-regarded and profitable local business as they look to bring a Finance Manager into their finance team. This permanent, full-time job role will be based at their office in Peterborough.

Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial operations of the business run smoothly, which will include leading a small team. This means you will be getting involved in everything from preparing accounts and process improvements, through to overseeing transactional finance and coaching & mentoring a junior team.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, we're looking for someone who:

• Has strong all-round finance experience, particularly within management accounting.
• Is a fully qualified chartered Accountant, or late-stage studier (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Has strong leadership skills, either demonstrated through previous leadership roles, or through mentoring colleagues in the past.
