Finance Manager - Temp to Perm

JSS Finance are partnering with a leading fashion brand who are looking for a Finance Manager to join the team on a temp to perm basis.

Financial Planning:

• Lead the development of financial models, rolling forecasts
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimise revenue growth.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis on several areas: pricing and cost modelling to inform business decisions to maximise profitability
• Evaluate the financial impact of new initiatives and investments, raise the profile on decisions and help guide stakeholders to ensure they have all the options clearly available
• Reporting and Compliance:
• Ensure the period end process is complete for your area (Opex and Capex)
• Prepare clear, concise, accurate and timely financial reports for all stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Business partnering support across a wide range of stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

• A qualified chartered accountant with a minimum of 3 years PQE
• Be commercially curious, draw conclusions and propose recommendations
• Advanced Excel skills with experience of building accurate financial models
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of using ERP systems (e.g. Oracle) and other financial software applications
