Finance Manager - Limerick City

Morgan McKinley is partnering with an established organisation in Limerick City to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to join its senior leadership team. This is a senior and commercially focused finance position, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to take ownership across a broad range of financial activities and work closely with key senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting and strong financial controls.
• Lead treasury and cash management activities.
• Manage key banking relationships and work closely with external financial partners.
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, strong controls and robust governance.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
• Provide senior leadership with meaningful financial insight and commercial analysis.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making through high-quality financial information.
• Drive improvements across finance systems, processes and reporting.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders across the organisation.

The Ideal Candidate

• Senior finance accounting professional with 10+ years experience
• Strong experience across treasury, banking, funds and financial reporting.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Strong systems and technology skills, with an interest in process improvement.
• Proven experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
• The confidence and maturity to operate at senior leadership level.
• A proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused approach.
