The RoleAs a technically qualified Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting across the group. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring compliance with international accounting standards and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
  • Support group consolidation and reporting processes.
  • Liaise with external auditors and internal teams across global entities.
  • Assist with technical accounting matters and policy development.
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to finance transformation initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Trained in Practice (ideally with a Top 10 firm).
  • Industry experience within international companies.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS essential).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
