Finance M&A Integration & Transformation Lead

Ricoh is seeking a Head of Finance M&A to drive the financial integration of acquisitions and align new and existing businesses with Ricoh's operating model. The role standardises processes, embeds governance and reporting, and enables data-driven decision-making for scalable growth and value creation.

As right hand to the Head of Finance M&A, you will bridge strategy, finance and operations to deliver integration objectives across the acquisition lifecycle.
