Finance Director, NA Growth & Strategy Leader

Hayward Tyler in Colchester, VT, and its Energy Steel subsidiary in Rochester Hills, MI, seeks an experienced Finance Director to lead NA finance, guide growth, and partner with the President to shape the strategic direction.

You will own financial control, reporting, budgeting, and treasury, develop high performing teams, and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance while enabling profitable decision making across North America.
