Finance Director: Growth, Systems & Board Leadership

Allied Talent is partnering with a fast-growing SME in Dublin to appoint a Financial Director who will partner with the CFO and lead multi-entity financial operations. A core focus is implementing and integrating finance and BI systems while ensuring robust control, reporting and governance across the Group.

The role reports to the CFO, oversees a finance team, and will drive reporting cycles, FP&A, and audit processes as the business plans strategic acquisitions to double revenue in 3-5 years.
