Finance Director & Growth Strategist

The Grounds Care Group in Surrey/South East is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function and help shape the company's next growth phase. You will deliver robust financial controls, accurate reporting and strategic leadership across the business.

Reporting to the CEO/Founder, you will drive budgeting, forecasting, FP&A and capital planning, assess acquisition opportunities and provide insight to support growth and potential transactions.
