Job Description

• Report to the Managing Director
• Oversee the entire a decent size accounting and finance team
• Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business performance
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Managing and mentoring the accounting and finance team to achieve organizational goals
• Providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
• Monitoring cash flow and optimizing financial operations
• Collaborating with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline
• Professional qualifications such as CPA or equivalent
• At least 15-20 years of relevant accounting experience
• Candidate must have relevant hospitality experience (i.e. hotels, F&B, entertainment etc)
• Proven ability to lead and develop a strong team with proven leadership capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities across all levels
• Excellent command of English, Cantonese or Mandarin
