Finance Director - Growth, IPO Readiness & Governance

Mirus Aircraft Seating Ltd in Hingham, Norfolk is seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our financial strategy and governance. Reporting to the CEO, you will shape long-term plans, manage budgeting and reporting, and partner with the executive team and shareholders on strategic transactions.

You will bring ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification, senior manufacturing finance experience, ERP and data-driven decision making, and a hands-on leadership style to drive profitability and growth.
