Salary details: £60,000.00 - £80,000.00 Annually (FTE) alary dependent on experience and qualifications

Contract type: Permanent

Hours: Full-time 37 hours/week 52 weeks/year

About the role

Chiltern Way Academy Trust is a forward-thinking, specialist Multi-Academy Trust transforming the lives of neurodiverse young people across current 7 sites and rapidly growing. We're now looking for an exceptional Finance Director to join our leadership team and help steer our financial strategy through the next phase of growth and innovation.

As FD, you will:

A qualified Management Accountant

Provide strategic leadership on all financial matters across the Trust

Ensure financial sustainability and value for money in everything we do

Drive high standards of financial governance, compliance and reporting

Work in close partnership with the CEO, Trustees and Heads to make a difference where it matters most
