Finance Controls & Governance Leader

TP ICAP Group Services Ltd is seeking a Finance Controls & Governance Senior Manager to lead risk management, controls testing, governance reporting, and remediation across Finance. You will partner with Risk, Compliance, Technology and Internal Audit to drive improvements and promote a robust governance culture.

Strong leadership and change management experience are essential. The role emphasizes end-to-end finance process knowledge, risk taxonomy maintenance, and delivering timely governance
