Finance Business Partner Manager

EMPOWERMENT are delighted to partner with a large plc to identify a talented Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team. In this diverse role, you will act as a key finance business partner with day-to-day activities including budgeting and forecasting, variance and financial analysis, monthly projections and much more.

This role will suit a results & commercially driven qualified accountant with 3-5 years' PQE, either Manager level from Big Four practice or already in a commercially focused role in industry.

Responsibilities

• Monthly, quarterly, ad hoc and annual financial reports & analysis
• Identifying and reporting on variances between budget and forecast, highlighting key trends
• Business partner closely with senior management and non-financial stakeholders, providing insights to support key decision making

Experience

• Qualified Accountant with circa 3-5 years PQE and strong academic background
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting with strong excel/modelling skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, cross-functionally and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
