Job Description
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic decision making.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with department heads to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, offering solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Support the development and implementation of cost saving initiatives.
  • Monitor financial performance against objectives and provide recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual accounts and audits.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Experience working in the public sector or a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
