Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner - Wissington (West Norfolk) Up to £60,000 + benefits Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)

We are supporting a major global manufacturing group in hiring a Finance Business Partner for their flagship Wissington site.

This is a high-visibility, commercially focused role at the heart of a complex, fast-moving manufacturing operation. You'll work closely with production, engineering and operational leaders - turning data into insight, shaping decisions and driving performance.

What you'll do:

• Partner with senior operational teams and influence key decisions
• Provide clear commercial insight and challenge assumptions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews
• Support core manufacturing finance processes (costs, stock, variances, works orders)
• Evaluate and support capital investment projects

About you:

• Qualified or finalist (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or operational finance
• Strong communicator with excellent analytical skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on site environment
