About Our Client 
It's a family-owned, manufacturing business circa £50m turnover, operating across multiple UK sites. The company is consolidating its structure, growing in the UK market, and emphasises innovation and operational excellence.
Job Description- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key insights to support decision-making.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to maintain financial stability.
- Support external audits and liaise with auditors as required.
- Develop and implement financial controls and best practices.
- Provide financial guidance and mentorship to the accounting team.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a finance team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Salary range: £70,000-£80,000.
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
- 6.75% employer pension contribution.
