Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the business analysis of Commercial Mobility BU, including building and improving the business analysis system, formulating the annual business plan, monthly forecast and establishing the business review scheme, etc.
• Regularly produce financial analysis reports and organize business analysis meetings, assist the business team in identifying potential opportunities and risks, put forward practical suggestions, and provide data support for business decisions.
• Coordinate and integrate Commercial Mobility BU with the group finance team to promote the closed - loop management of related matters.
• Establish and optimize workflow for Commercial Mobility, work with external tax consultants on specific tax projects.
• Deeply participate in the digital transformation of finance and promote the implementation of systems and processes related to business analysis.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, or related fields. 5 - 8 years of financial management experience, with experience in overseas sales finance preferred.
• Proficiency in English as a working language, Chinese speaker is preferred.
• Proficient in financial management skills such as financial budget preparation, financial analysis, and cost accounting.
• Familiar with end - to - end business processes and value chain management.
• Familiar with European tax system.
• Familiarity with data tools such as SAP, Excel, and BI is preferred.
• Strong problem - analysis and problem - solving abilities, good communication skills, high stress tolerance, a good business sense, and strong learning, innovation, and execution capabilities.
