Job Description
Finance Business Partner - S4Hana, Controllership

Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company based in Dublin, is seeking a to a system implementation project. The successful candidate will report to the Finance Director, and the work involves interfaces with Global Finance, Global Supply Chain, and regional stakeholders as required.

Responsibilities S4 Hana Program Support
  • Act as a support for TPIB and other Complex Entities in the S4Hana program
  • Support S4Hana data validations, process validation and migrations
  • Post implementation issue resolution and support
  • Site level and complex entity level coordination and engagement on S4Hana upgrade programme
Controllership
  • Monthly closing activities including journal preparation
  • Perform and present analysis on month end reported numbers
  • Preparation of statutory financials and other reports for entities in scope
  • Prepare technical accounting papers
  • Conducting quarterly balance sheet reviews and oversight over Blackline reconciliations
  • Assisting with management of the annual external audit including delivery of information to auditors
  • Ad hoc projects and assisting with systems implementations and upgrades
  • Take ownership of additional ad hoc projects to support the Group Finance function
Controllership Working group support
  • Support on various Controllership Working Groups, including but not limited to Statutory Reporting & SFS
  • Work on various controllership items coming out of working groups
  • Support with agenda coordination, meetings, action items from the working group
Requirements
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) essential
  • Strong technical accounting & financial reporting knowledge
  • Prior experience with SAP
  • Excellent IT skills including BI reporting an advantage
  • Detail oriented, flexible with can do attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
