Finance Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our HR and compliance function to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and communication skills, eager to contribute to the success of our organization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operational activities, including process optimization, data management, and reporting
- Handle administrative tasks related to finance, procurement, and compliance as needed
- Process purchase invoices through and ensure all invoices are accurately entered into the relevant account and nominal code
- Prepare client invoices according to engineer timesheets in the agreed timely manner and ensure that all invoices are submitted to clients within the first three working days of the month
- Maintain the Pleo account, adding and removing users, ensuring that all expenses have been submitted correctly by employees, and approved by the relevant approver in a timely manner
- Assist the finance department with all general finance matters, including preparation for the annual audit, monthly reporting, and ensuring all documents are filed in the relevant folders
- Manage PO and SOW processes, ensuring all commercial terms with clients are recorded and purchase orders are effectively tracked
Requirements & Background
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working with Xero
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management software)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a growing company
