Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Finance and Payroll Manager include:

  • Management of a small transactional finance team
  • End-to-end payroll delivery for c. 75-80 monthly employees, plus a small weekly payroll
  • Oversight of finance operations, controls, and compliance
  • Month-end and year-end support, including audit preparation
  • Pension compliance and benefits administration
  • Reviewing and improving finance and payroll processes
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders across the business
  • Involvement with property and residential entities
The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance and Payroll Manager should have:

  • A strong background in accounting and payroll management within the property industry.
  • Professional qualifications in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in financial software and payroll systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
