- As a Finance & IT Risk Officer, you strengthen Schiphol Group's resilience by ensuring robust risk management and internal control across Finance and IT. Acting as the key liaison between Finance, IT & Data, and the Corporate Risk Office, you drive improvements in control environments and safeguard compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
- You will join the Corporate Risk Office, part of Finance, reporting to the Head of Risk and working alongside three other risk officers. The team manages group-wide risk processes and collaborates closely with Internal Audit and decentralized risk roles.

As a Finance & IT Risk Officer you are responsible for embedding risk management in Finance and IT processes, ensuring risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively. How you achieve results in this? That's up to you. - Risk Governance & Reporting: Monitor Finance and IT & Data ERM risks, report to MT Finance and MT IT&Data, and prepare risk disclosures for the Annual Report and Board statements (including VoR).
- Control Framework & Assurance: Maintain and improve Finance and IT control frameworks, oversee IT General Controls, and support resolution of external audit findings (Management letter follow-up).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as liaison between Finance, IT & Data, and Corporate Risk, supporting governance processes and risk awareness.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive enhancements in Finance control environment, facilitate risk training, and support group-wide risk maturity initiatives.
- Reporting to the Head of Risk and work closely with Finance Operations, CIO Office, and other stakeholders.

- A university degree and RA/CPA qualification (post-master in Financial Audit).
- Preferably RE/CISA certification (IT Audit experience).
- A minimum 7 years of relevant experience in audit, risk, or accounting/controlling within a complex organization.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- € 5830 - € 8193 gross per month (Scale 14).
- A 13th month (year-end bonus).
- An allowance when working from home of €3.00 net per day.
- An NS Business Card that fully reimburses travel by public transportation to and from work.
- The possibility to work 4 x 9 hours in a 36-hour work week.
