You will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager for King, playing a pivotal role in: Strategic Financial Planning: Assist in the development and refinement of financial models for monthly and annual forecasts, tailoring them to support strategic decision-making and business performance analysis. Operational Excellence: Be a key figure in operationalizing process improvements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across the Commercial Finance team's activities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams beyond finance, such as central insights and data science, to understand and analyze the financial implications of various business strategies. Advanced Reporting: Prepare and assist in the development of monthly reporting packs that highlight financial and non-financial KPIs, providing insightful commentary and analysis. System and Process Support: Act as the primary contact for financial systems during crucial planning and reporting cycles, advocating for and implementing system improvements where necessary. Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform detailed ad hoc analysis as needed, providing actionable insights to guide business decisions. High-Scoring Skills Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a global multi-product business or the gaming industry. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a keen analytical mind that excels at large data sets. Demonstrated ability in driving process improvements and operational efficiency. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial modelling; eagerness to expand these skills. Effective communication skills, capable of distilling complex finance issues for various audiences. Experience with Hyperion or similar financial systems is highly regarded. Qualifications in ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or an international equivalent are preferred.
