Job Description
Analyst, part qual, finalist, qualified accountant, FP&A Business partner to HR & Marketing Support the FP&A team to assist consolidation on monthly forecast/flash & commentary. Agreement/accountability of forecast/actual accuracy and commentary. Delivery of rolling forecast and budget Support to FD on (consolidation of) monthly close call/business call commentaries. Excellent One-stream, MSTR, excel proficiencies.
Qualifications required:-
Bachelors degree (BAcc, BAE, BFin, BEcon) Must possess 5+ years of finance/accounting experience in international companies and manufacturing environment. Must have strong command of English, written and spoken, can participate or lead meetings in English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Can communicate financials and related issues in clear business language. Ability to work constructively at all organisational levels, from plant operators to senior executives. Drive and assertiveness to achieve work deadline and performance goals.
CIMA or ACCA or Masters degree - will also consider P/Q and finalists

The role of Senior Finance Analyst is hybrid with the requirement to be on site in Reading for 3 days a week.Duties will include:-
- Preparation of the annual business plan and monthly forecasts, by liaising with the relevant departments to deliver SG&A information.
