- Be organised - you'll be handling multiple tasks so you need be an organisation enthusiast!

- Attention to detail - check everything, then check it again. Even if you didn't do it.
- Be a team player - we work in teams almost all of the time so you need to be dependable.

- Be a fast learner - you'll need to be able to take in a lot of information and learn on the job.
- Ability to be flexible - Willing and able to work on projects outside of your comfort zone
On the 6-month programme, you'll be involved in (but limited to) the following:
- Updating internal documents as needed to ensure all communications shared by the client are logged and actioned accordingly
- Prepping materials for press days and premieres including press nominations grids, schedules etc
- Supporting and running press check-in / hospitality during press days
- Coordinating talent logistics for press days and talent tours e.g. booking cars, groomers, hotels etc
- Film Festival logistics (applying for accreditation, booking cars, flights & accommodation research)
- Compiling client coverage / wrap reports on behalf of the team, often to tight deadlines
- Proof-reading and sending out media materials to markets as required, e.g. press releases, press packs, stills etc
- Providing relevant and approved assets to media / local markets as required (stills, video clips, trailers, artwork etc)
- Distributing screener links to media or collating lists of media who require screening links
- Maintenance of mailing lists and other media databases
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging virtual meetings for senior team.
- Drafting and circulating agendas and meeting notes / minutes.
- Coordinating screenings - booking screening rooms, collating RSVPs, covering screenings, gathering press reactions.
- Occasionally assist the team at out of hours events e.g. weekends screenings, evening premieres, film festivals
- Attending brainstorms and contributing ideas for pitches and proposals
- Be passionate show a keen interest and knowledge of entertainment content, particularly film and television

We operate a hybrid working model, with at least x3 days in the office.
Office Location: 3 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG
This is a 'hybrid' role, which means that candidates will be required to work some of time in the office and some time working from home. The exact split of time across the office and home will be dependent on each team and the requirements of the work tasks on any given week. However, Platformers should expect to be in the office up to 100% of the time, if required.
