Filling Line Operator - Continuous Improvement

8835 U-POL Limited is seeking a Filling Operator for the AM shift in Wellingborough, UK. You will operate automated and manual filling and packing equipment to meet planned volumes while adhering to safety and quality standards.

You will set up and change over production lines, monitor performance (HSE, quality, OEE), maintain housekeeping, and actively participate in continuous improvement programs within a team-focused environment.
