Field Trainer, New Installations - Lift Systems

thyssenkrupp Elevator is seeking a Field Trainer - New Installations to deliver on-site training, assess workforce competency and lead installation audits across the UK. You will coach fitters and subcontractors, support accreditation, and promote best practices throughout New Installations.

You will mentor apprentices, assist with fault finding, and collaborate with project teams to ensure quality, safety and timely handovers. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.
