Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer complaints and enquiries courteously, ensuring issues are dealt with promptly or reported to the immediate supervisor (or more senior management) without delay.
  • Assume personal responsibility for the effective and efficient use of Company resources under your control.
  • Where required to drive Company vehicles, carry out routine checks of vehicles and towing equipment to ensure compliance with Company guidelines or statutory regulations.
