About the Role

We're looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support our cutting-edge DVS (Dynamic Vapor Sorption) systems across France and parts of Europe.

What You'll Do

• Install, maintain, and service advanced scientific instruments at customer sites
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure uptime and customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with users, offering training and support
• Collaborate with the sales team and provide technical insight when needed
• Document service activities and track performance

What We're Looking For

• Background in electronics, engineering, or a related scientific field
• Experience with instrument servicing (mechanical, electronic, or electromechanical)
• Great communicator, self-starter, and comfortable with regular travel
• Valid driver's license required
