Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Providing service and customer support during field visits and via telephone
  • Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
  • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions
  • Maintaining a constant inventory within the company vehicle
  • Reporting daily activities to the Regional Lead Technician
  • Self starting initiative for daily activities
  • Creating a safe work environment by following policies
  • Properly using implemented software for scheduling work, completing work forms and forwarding the information to the customer
  • Maintaining a constantly replenished inventory for repairs
  • Maintaining company vehicle, laptop, phone and tools
  • Creating and maintaining a professional relationship with the customer
  • Traveling for factory training classes on Kardex Remstar Products
  • Overnight travel as needed
  • Compensated after hours on call rotation once trained accordingly
  • Compensated after hours technical support rotation once trained accordingly
  • Additionally, there will be other duties and responsibilities as required by management
