Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Maintaining a constant inventory within the company vehicle. Your tasks Job duties include: Reporting daily activities to the Regional Lead Technician. Self-starting initiative for daily activities. Creating a safe work environment by following policies. Properly using implemented software for scheduling work, completing work forms and forwarding the information to the customer. Maintaining a constantly replenished inventory for repairs. Maintaining company vehicle, laptop, phone and tools. Creating and maintaining a professional relationship with the customer. Traveling for factory training classes on Kardex Remstar Products. Overnight travel as needed. Compensated After-hours on-call rotation once trained accordingly. Compensated After-hours technical support rotation once trained accordingly. Additionally, there will be other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
