We are looking for a Service Engineer to join their talented teams in the Netherlands.


Job Profile for Service Engineer

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Attend client sites and resolve issues in a timely and neat manner
  • Investigate faults and consistently provide high-standard solutions
  • Deliver clear and informative end-user training to facilitate the smooth operation of the equipment
  • Complete accurate job reports and explain the steps taken before a sign-off by the client
  • Communicate and build relationships with clients and provide them with excellent service whilst representing the company
  • Identify sales opportunities with existing clients and provide feedback to the Manager
  • Be financially aware of company costs relating to Service
  • Conduct and record site surveys to a high standard
  • Follow health and safety compliance and company quality standards at all times


Candidate Profile for Service Engineer

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. Business language skills in Dutch, Spanish or German will be considered an advantage
  • Proven understanding or equivalent of ECS/CSCS, IPAF, PASMA and Avixa CTS
  • Have a hard-working, enthusiastic and flexible work ethic
  • Valid driving licence
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work and travel away from home regularly, including inter-country travel
