Field Service Supervisor - Elevators & Escalators

KONE is seeking a Service Supervisor in Ireland to lead and develop a field service team delivering safe, reliable maintenance services. You will build strong customer relationships, ensure service commitments are met and drive operational performance while focusing on safety and continuous improvement.

You will manage day-to-day service operations, schedules, response times and KPIs, while supporting growth through service sales and repair opportunities.
