Field Service Lead - Office-Based (Mon-Fri)

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Manager in Bracknell to lead a team of mobile engineers and drive service excellence. This is an office-based role with Monday to Friday hours and autonomy to shape the department.

You will develop engineers, manage scheduling, ensure safety and compliance, and improve day-to-day operations as the business grows. Experience in managing field teams and a Level 3 engineering qualification is preferred; ex-forces candidates encouraged.
