HomeServe UK is recruiting a Service Excellence Manager to lead our field-based engineers across Wales and the South West. You will drive service quality, coach teams, and manage performance against budgets and KPIs while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Regular travel within your area is required. The role offers a competitive salary (£50,000-£55,000) plus a £5,500 car/cash allowance, a 10% bonus and private medical cover.
