Field Service Engineer (Scotland)

About the Role:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering efficient and effective repair services to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality repair and maintenance services
• Communicating effectively with customers, peers, and management
• Completing all administrative duties accurately and on time
• Undertaking relevant technical and product training
• Maintaining company property to a high standard

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience in a similar engineering role
• HND (or HNC with relevant experience) or equivalent in electronic and mechanical engineering
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic principles
• Exceptional fault-finding skills
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams
• Strong customer focus and a drive to exceed expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel - support across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Ireland may be required
• Good working knowledge of MS Windows and general MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
