MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting a Field Service Engineer for our client, who is a leading manufacturer of CNC cutting machines.
You'll be carrying out installations, service work, troubleshooting, and customer support. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and practical work.
Job Responsibilities- Customer Service & Communication: Deliver outstanding service, build strong relationships with customers and the service team
- Service Delivery & Technical Tasks: Plan and execute service, repair, fault finding, and assist with installations and manufacturing tasks.
- Completed electrical or mechanical apprenticeship within a service, maintenance, or engineering environment
- Post apprenticeship experience
- Experience as a field service engineer
- Experience with CNC equipment is a strong advantage
- Full, clean driving licence
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and professionalism
