Field Service Engineer

1. Perform field missions at customers (repair, installation, maintenance) using the required tools, technologies, and documentation.
2. Inform dispatcher/planner in case of deviation from target time and when the mission is finished.
3. Identify spare parts during missions.
4. Provide information for mission classification changes: billable, warranty, goodwill. Inform supervisors of machine damages based on customer faults.
5. Conduct in-house service tasks.
6. Perform briefing after installations and complex repairs.
7. Send back spare parts and tools after missions.
8. Lead engineer for complex installations.
9. Report tasks to the project manager during complex installations.
