Field Service Engineer

Here at Chubb Fire & Security, we're looking to add a Field Service Engineer to join our Large Project Team based across Yorkshire. Ideally based out of York or Leeds, this is a key role for us, working on prestigious sites across the region within Security Systems.

Goals and Objectives:

• Provide first-line service and routine maintenance for company and third-party products throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

• Repair, maintain, and service systems according to company procedures, instructions, and specifications.
• Ensure documentation is complete if installed systems differ from specifications and report to the supervisor.
• Commission systems when required, following standards and codes of practice.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment on-site.

Qualifications/Experience/Knowledge:

• Relevant electrical/electronic qualification or equivalent knowledge demonstrated through assessment.
• Field Service experience.
• Good IT skills (computer literate).
• Customer service experience.
• Certifications like IPAF, ECS, CSCS, or Safety Passport are beneficial.
• Full UK driving license.
• Technical knowledge in at least two disciplines: CCTV, Intruder, Access Control, Perimeter systems, Networking.
