Field Service Engineer - UK

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment as required.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to manage schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including manual handling and CSCS standards.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and communicate effectively with clients.
• Drive to various locations while adhering to traffic laws and maintaining a valid driving license.
• Provide IT support and troubleshooting as needed to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role.
• Full Drivers Licence.
• Confident manner with excellent operational & organisational skills.
• Competent and Punctual.
• Ability to troubleshoot low voltage electronics and IT equipment.
• Experience with Reporting, Time Sheets and Company Paperwork.
• High Standards for Completed works.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work flexible hours with weekend rotation.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling (Training can be arranged).
• Experience in installation of AV/IT Hardware/Software is a distinct advantage.
• Field Service Engineer: 1 year (preferred).
• Language: English.
• Licence/Certification: CSCS Card (preferred).
• Drivers Licence (required).
• Work Location: On the road.
