Job Title: Field Service Electrician - M4 / M40 Area

Our prestigious Client is a market leading provider of solutions for the printing industry.

Ideal Candidate Location: Based within the M4/M40 area - London, Birmingham, Bristol Triangle.

Role reports to Field Service Manager.

Requirements:

• Electrical engineering experience in the print industry.
• Recognised Engineering qualification: NVQ, City & Guilds, or BTEC.
• Responsibility for installing and supporting the full range of client press equipment.
• Experience working on site with small and large size companies, commercial and packaging printers, as well as web to print.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for multiple ongoing complex projects.
• From an operational viewpoint: install, configure, demonstrate and train customers and internal staff on the entire press product range, configuring all solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Liaise technically and advise marketing, SSG's, service and head office staff.
• Provide consultative support for sales and advice for customers where requested.
• Investigate and analyse complaints and liaise with other business units as necessary.
