CreatePay is expanding its field sales team and seeks a driven Area Sales Manager to win new B2B customers across your Northern Ireland territory. This 100% field-based role focuses on self-generated prospecting, pre-booked appointments, and closing deals face-to-face with business owners.

You'll earn a base salary of £45,000 plus uncapped commission with a realistic £80,000+ OTE, 25 days holiday, a company car allowance, and regular incentives as you grow territory revenue.
