Job Description
  • Field sales role visiting schools to generate new business and retain existing clients.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with approx. 150 existing schools.
  • Cold call/visits and build relationships with prospective schools to grow market share.
  • Present and promote products/services, tailoring solutions to customer needs.
  • Negotiate package deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Overcome objections and position services positively against competitors.
  • Plan and organise schedules effectively to maximise coverage and results.
  • Keep up to date with competitor activity and customer requirements to identify opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal teams regarding availability, bookings, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate company records and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to team targets while achieving individual sales goals.
  • Take responsibility for personal development and maintain strong product knowledge.

  • Full UK driving licence and happy to travel within the assigned region.
