Field Ops Team Lead - Faults & Safety

National Grid Electricity Distribution is seeking a Team Leader for the West Wales region, based at the Llanfihangel ar Arth depot. The role reports to the Field Operations Team Manager and leads a group of Trades Persons, running the fault desk on a rota basis.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, strong IT skills, and the ability to escalate issues with internal and external stakeholders.
