Location: Dublin - on the road covering Dublin and Leinster

Your new role includes

• Carrying out scheduled planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on smoke and heat ventilation systems
• Attending reactive call-outs to diagnose faults and carry out repairs
• Servicing, testing, and maintaining smoke control systems including AOVs, smoke shafts, and control panels
• Identifying faults and recommend remedial actions
• Completing service reports and documentation accurately
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
• Liaising with clients and internal teams professionally

Experience you need

• Experience maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience with smoke vents or similar (HVAC/ security) beneficial but not essential
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full, clean driving licence
