Field HR Advisor - Employee Relations (Travel)

Eurocell Group Ltd, a market-leading uPVC product supplier in the building sector, is seeking a hands-on Field Based HR Advisor. You will act as the primary ER contact across our Southern Division, coaching managers and ensuring compliant case management.

You will travel to trade branches, provide first-line ER advice, prepare documentation, and support the wider People Team in line with employment legislation.
