Field HR Advisor - Automotive Dealerships

Stellantis & You is recruiting an HR Advisor to provide a generalist HR service to its dealer network. You will guide managers on performance, conduct, absence and grievance issues, and partner with leadership to foster a high performing culture across dealership teams.

The role includes advising on disciplinary matters, managing probation, handling sickness absence, and supporting performance management tools alongside the HRBP and Recruitment Advisor.
