What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to our end to end operations and support the delivery of high quality, sustainable IT services. Your responsibilities may include:

Core Responsibilities
  • Carry out daily operational tasks to support the team and wider business.
    Deliver excellent customer service internally and externally.
  • Support the movement, processing, or administration of IT equipment and materials.
  • Maintain accurate records and use company systems to update information.
  • Follow internal procedures, health and safety guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and lean working practices.
Role-Specific Tasks
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware including desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical faults, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Carry out hardware upgrades, repairs, and replacements in line with service agreements.
  • Perform on site audits, decommissioning, and asset tagging of IT equipment.
  • Support IT refresh, rollout, and deployment projects across multiple client locations.
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with company standards, SLAs, and sustainability practices (including reuse and recycling initiatives).
  • Provide clear communication and technical support to customers, explaining issues and solutions in a professional manner.
